These terms govern your use of radarjacksonville.com and the concrete scanning and GPR services provided by Xenogenesis Concrete Radar Imaging, a service of Xenogenesis, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide ground penetrating radar (GPR) scanning and concrete scanning services in the Jacksonville, Florida metropolitan area. Our services include rebar locating, post-tension cable detection, conduit mapping, utility locating, void detection, and slab thickness measurement. All scanning is performed using professional-grade GSSI equipment and interpreted by experienced technicians.
Limitations of GPR Technology
Ground penetrating radar is a non-destructive testing tool that provides subsurface imaging based on electromagnetic reflection. While GPR is highly effective, no scanning technology guarantees 100% detection of all embedded objects. Results depend on concrete conditions, object composition, depth, and environmental factors. Our scan results and surface markings represent our best professional interpretation at the time of service and should be used as guidance, not a guarantee that no other objects exist in the scanned area. Clients should exercise appropriate caution during any cutting, coring, or drilling work.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We provide same-day and next-day service when available. Scheduled appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee. Weather, site access issues, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling at no additional cost.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept checks and standard payment methods. Invoicing is available for established commercial accounts.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for damages arising from actions taken based on our scan results, including but not limited to utility strikes, structural damage, or project delays, beyond the scope of our professional responsibility to perform scanning services with reasonable care and skill.
